考虑乘员安全性的客车底架轻量化设计

以降低乘员损伤值和轻量化为目的,对客车简化模型进行32 km∙h-1正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞仿真分析。根据分析结果,对客车底架进行拓扑优化设计,对客车前部结构进行结构优化设计。优化后乘员头部损伤值降低15。8%,胸部加速度降低15。6%,生存空间提升9。3%,客车骨架减重3。1%,达到了优化设计的目的。
Lightweight Design of Passenger Car Chassis Considering Occupant Safety
To reduce occupant damage and passenger car weight,the simulation analysis of frontal 100%overlapping rigid barrier collision at a speed of 32 km∙h-1 was performed on the simplified model of the passenger car.According to the analysis results,the topological optimization design of the passen-ger car chassis was carried out.The structural optimization design of the front structure of the passenger car was conducted.After the optimization,the head injury value of the occupants was reduced by 15.8%;the chest acceleration was reduced by 15.6%;the living space was increased by 9.3%,and the weight of the passenger car skeleton was reduced by 3.1%,which achieved the purpose of optimizing the design.
