SWOT Analysis of Smart Kindergarten Development in the Era of Digital Education
China is currently undergoing a critical phase of digital transformation in education,with provinces and cities actively promoting the construction of smart kindergartens.This paper employs a SWOT analysis framework to investigate the current state of smart kindergartens in western China,based on six key construction elements.The findings reveal that,internally,smart kindergartens benefit from a solid hardware foundation but face challenges such as insufficient top-level design capabilities.Externally,while the development of smart kindergartens is driven by opportunities such as societal demand and supportive policies,it also grapples with issues like the absence of standardized construction protocols and a lack of theoretical research.Based on these insights,the paper offers recommendations to enhance smart kindergarten development,including establishing platforms for collaborative sharing of high-quality resources,formulating clear construction and evaluation standards,and strengthening top-level design and system architecture capabilities.
