摘要
在搜集整理浙西区2010-2016年水量要素的基础上,进行了水量平衡计算并分析了水量平衡计算误差的影响因素.经分析,水量平衡计算误差产生的主要因素是:测验手段采用、区间径流量计算、水利工程调度、降雨量计算、耗水量估算等.同时,鉴于水量平衡计算存在的误差,提出了加强水文巡测建设和管理、调整水文巡测方案及加快水资源监控系统建设等误差控制措施.
Abstract
Based on the computation elements for Zhexi hydraulic region of Taihu Basin from 2010 to 2016,this paper calculated the water balance of Zhexi hydraulic region and analysis the influencing factors of water balance error.The factors which cause water balance error include test means,interval runoff calculation,operation of water projects,rainfall calculation and water utilization estimation.At the same time,according to the balance error,it is proposed that taking some measures to control the error,including strengthening construction and management of tour hydrometric gauging,adjusting the scheme of tour hydrometric gauging,accelerating the construction of water resources monitoring and control system.
