摘要

基于新时期治水思路,以生态流量试点区建设为契机,在分析宁夏苦水河流域生态流量现状的基础上,分析存在问题,提出苦水河生态流量管控建议,为合理开发利用苦水河水资源、维系和改善苦水河生态环境提供有力支撑.

Abstract

Based on water conservancy ideas in the new period,with ecological flow pilot construction as an opportunity,this paper analysis of Ningxia Kushui river basin ecological flow,on the basis of the analysis of existing problems,to explore Kushui river ecological flow control Suggestions,for the reasonable development and utilization of Kushui water resources,maintain and improve the Kushui river ecological environment to provide strong support.
