Basedon the rational development of water resources,it serves the industrial and agricultural production and economic and social development of Xingtai City.On this basis,the research on the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity verification and control in the water function area of Xingtai City was carried out.It is of great significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources in Xingtai City to carry out the research on the verification and control of the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity in the water function area of Xingtai City.Taking Xinhe County as an example,this paper studies the decomposition method of the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity verification and control,and provides basic support for implementing President Xi Jinping water control idea in the new era,implementing the strictest water resources management system,strengthening water resources protection and water function area management,and the social and economic development of Xingtai City.
