摘要

水利工程中消能防冲设施结构混凝土的成型质量直接影响消能防冲的效果,特别是反弧段混凝土的成型质量尤为重要.但因反弧段的混凝土形状复杂,浇筑成型难度大,表面平整度、光洁度更是难以控制.通过现场试验,分析了影响反弧段混凝土成型外观质量的主要原因.在实际操作中,采取了控制混凝土分层厚度和计算布置振捣点及混凝土临界初凝状态时拆模收面相结合的方法,在保证混凝土成型的基础上,彻底避免了混凝土表面的气泡、水泡的产生,与传统施工方式相比,该工艺施工操作简单易行,对于反弧段混凝土及需要立模浇筑的斜坡段的混凝土成型和消除表面气泡有一定参考意义.

Abstract

The molding quality of the concrete of the energy dissipation and scour prevention structure of the water conservancy project directly affects the effect of energy dissipation and scour prevention.Especially the molding quality of concrete in the arc section is particularly important.However,because of the complex shape of the arc section of the concrete,pouring molding difficulty,surface flatness is difficult to control.This paper analyzes the main reasons affecting the appearance quality of concrete molding of arc section through field test.In practice,through the combination of controlling the thickness of concrete layering,calculating and arranging the vibration points,and removing the mold and closing the surface when the concrete is in the critical initial solidification state,the bubbles and blisters on the surface of the concrete are completely avoided on the basis of guaranteeing the concrete molding.Compared with the traditional construction method,the construction operation of this process is simple and easy to implement.This technology has certain reference significance for forming and eliminating surface air bubbles for arc section concrete and slope section concrete which needs to be cast in vertical mold.
