摘要

为保证洪水河水库专用钢桥的安全施工,基于项目区地质条件,开展钢桥关键施工技术分析,结合桥梁变形监测成果,通过变形预测分析等评价钢桥施工效果.结果表明:洪水河水库专用钢桥的施工难度较大,其关键施工技术主要包括胎架拼装技术、钢梁运输技术、桥墩保护技术、钢梁吊装技术及钢梁施工技术;同时,在钢桥施工效果评价结果中,监测时段内的钢桥变形值7.56~9.22 mm,其后预测得到的累计变形值7.79~9.75 mm,都小于钢桥变形控制值(15 mm),说明在监测时段和其后一定时期内的桥梁施工均合理有效,可供类似工程参考借鉴.

Abstract

In order to ensure the safe construction of the special steel bridge for the Hongshuihe Reservoir,based on the geological conditions of the project area,the key construction technology analysis of the steel bridge was carried out first,and then the construction effect of the steel bridge was evaluated through deformation prediction analysis combined with the Deformation monitoring results of the bridge.The analysis results indicate that the construction difficulty of the dedicated steel bridge for the Honghonghe Reservoir is relatively high,and its key construction technologies mainly include tire frame assembly technology,steel beam transportation technology,pier protection technology,steel beam lifting technology,and steel beam construction technology;At the same time,in the evaluation results of the steel bridge construction effect,the deformation value of the steel bridge during the monitoring period was between 7.56 mm and 9.22 mm,and the cumulative deformation value predicted afterwards was between 7.79 mm and 9.75 mm,both of which were less than the control value of the steel bridge deformation(15 mm).This indicates that the bridge beam construction during the monitoring period and a certain period thereafter is reasonable and effective,and provides reference for similar projects.
