Experimental study on concrete mix ratio of asphalt core wall of KSTH Reservoir Project in Xinjiang
Asphalt concrete core wall of hydraulic engineering is the key impervious structure of the dam body,the selection of asphalt concrete mix in hydraulic engineering is based on different grading index,different filling amount and different asphalt content in turn through orthogonal analysis to form different mix ratio,through a series of performance indexes such as porosity,Marshall stability,flow value,splitting strength,triaxial,trabecular bending and so on to select the mix ratio with better comprehensive performance.Based on the experimental study on the concrete mix ratio of asphalt core wall of KSTH reservoir in Xinjiang Province,this paper conducts some experimental studies on the selection of theoretical design mix ratio,variance analysis of range and concrete performance verification,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
