堆石混凝土重力坝是否分横缝及分缝间距对大坝温度应力影响很大,在相同环境下,坝体不分缝或横缝间距越大,温度应力越大,大坝开裂风险也越高;但不分缝或长距离分缝,可有效简化施工工序,实现快速连续施工,能充分体现该坝型优势.该研究针对仙洞沟水库工程实际,对堆石混凝土大坝整体不分缝和超出规范规定的长距离坝段分缝方案进行研究,基于不同的温控措施进行温度应力三维仿真分析,在最终确定大坝的分缝和温控方案的同时,进行有益探索,推动了堆石混凝土筑坝技术的发展.
Study on the jointing technology of Xiandonggou rock-fill concrete dam based on temperature stress simulation
The transverse joints and the spacing of transverse joints have a great influence on the temperature stress of the rockfill concrete gravity dam.In the same environment,the dam without joints or the larger the spacing of transverse joints,the greater the temperature stress and the higher the risk of dam cracking.However,no joint or long distance joint can effectively simplify the construction process,achieve rapid and continuous construction,and fully reflect the advantages of this dam type.In view of the Xiandonggou Reservoir project,this paper studies the whole rockfill concrete dam without jointing and the long distance dam section jointing scheme beyond the specification.Based on different temperature control measures,the 3D simulation analysis of thermal stress is carried out.At the same time,the joints and temperature control scheme of the dam are finally determined,and the beneficial exploration is carried out,which promotes the development of rockfill concrete damming technology.
