Application and Research on Frequency Converting Speed Regulation of Centrifugal Pump in Long-Distance Water Conveyance Project
This article introduces the water transmission pipeline system of the Daxing Branch of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, particularly the measures taken to address water hammer phenomena and ensure safe water transmission.By establishing mathematical models for the entire water transmission system,it elaborates on the application of mathematical models in the numerical calculation of transient flow in water supply systems.the article compares the impact of changes in power frequency and variable frequency during the transient processes of pump startup and shutdown on the safe operation of the entire system.Furthermore,it presents the analysis results of the transition process calculations for the Daxing Branch water transmission project.Through the establishment of reasonable mathematical models and the setting of boundary conditions,it is possible to effectively address transient flow issues in water supply systems, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the water transmission pipeline system. This provides evidence for the design and operational management of long-distance water transmission projects.
