摘要
河北省定州市农村生活水源江水置换项目河北泓杉水厂絮凝沉淀工艺选用机械混合、折板絮凝和平流沉淀工艺,折板絮凝工艺对施工精度和质量要求极高,对如何保证折板絮凝施工质量进行深入分析,针对絮凝池施工和折板安装等特殊施工工艺进行详细介绍,尤其对施工控制要点进行充分阐述,并对施工中易出现的问题提出预防措施,保证了絮凝工艺水质处理效果,达到了预期水厂出水水质目标,可为同类工程施工提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
The flocculation and sedimentation process of Hongshan Water Plant,a rural domestic water source in Dingzhou City,Hebei Province,adopts the process types of mechanical mixing,folding plate flocculation,and flat flow sedimentation tank.The folding plate flocculation process has extremely high requirements for construction accuracy and quality.This article analyzes in depth how to ensure the quality of folding plate flocculation construction,and provides a detailed explanation of special construction processes such as flocculation tank construction and folding plate installation,Especially,the key points of construction control were elaborated,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed for the problems that are prone to occur during construction,ensuring the water quality treatment effect of the flocculation process and achieving the expected effluent water quality target,providing valuable experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
