Study on flood control level of coastal engineering projects
The flood control safety of coastal engineering projects is affected by flood and sea tide.In order to determine the risk sources and flood(tide)control level of a fine chemical and raw material engineering project in Panjin city,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the impact of the Liaohe River,Daliao River and Liaodong Bay sea tide on the engineering project under the current situation and the planning situation.Furthermore,we need to use appropriate flood and tidal current mathematical models to calculate it respectively.Based on the above analysis,MIKE FLOOD 1D-2D coupling mathematical model was adopted to analyze the impact of Daliao River flood on the project.MIKE21 FM 2D tidal current mathematical model was adopted to analyze the impact of Liaodong Bay tide on the project. As the calculation results indicated, under the current situation, the main risk source of the project was tide. And under the planning situation, the main risk source of the project was the flood from Daliao River. The impact of flood and tide was supposed to be studied comprehensively in the project. The calculation method and conclusions adopted in this paper have provided a basis for the determination of flood(tide)level of similar projects and the preparation of relevant reports.
