北方山区中小河流治理措施探究

摘要
中小河流是防洪体系的重要组成部分,近年来,国家越来越重视中小河流治理工作,并提出了系统治理思路.考虑北方山区中小河流坡陡流急、季节差异性强、河宽幅度变化大等特点,以系统治理为指导,以蒿田河治理为对象,系统分析山区河道存在的多种问题,因地制宜提出整河流清理整治、重点段岸坡防护、涉河建筑物拆除重建的解决措施,来解决防洪突出问题从而保障河道两岸安全,并提出工程管理措施促进工程建设与长效运行,为山区河道治理提供参考.
Abstract
Small and medium-sized rivers an important components of flood control system.In recent years,the state attaches more and more importance to the control of small and medium-sized rivers,and puts forward the idea of systematic control.Taking into account the characteristics of steep slope and sharp flow,strong seasonal differences,and large variations in river width of small and medium-sized rivers in the middle and mountainous areas of North China,this study guided by systematic management and targeted at Haotian River management.On the basis of systematic analysis of various problems existing in river channels in mountainous areas,it proposed solutions for the clean-up and improvement of the whole river,the protection of bank slopes in key sections,and the demolition and reconstruction of river-related buildings according to local conditions.To solve the prominent problems of flood control to ensure the safety of both sides of the river,and put forward the project management measures to promote the construction and long-term operation of the project,to provide reference for the river management in mountainous areas.
