摘要
从水库坝体突发失稳致灾含义和类型入手,讨论水库坝体失稳致灾的突发性和灾变性.根据突发失稳事件原理,提出了水库大坝结构失稳突发事件预警方法,包括预警系统的体系结构及监测体系,并指出安全监测指标的含义.通过工程分析,证明了预警方法的实用性和可行性.
Abstract
Reservoir dam safety under emergencies has always been the focus of attention.Starting from the meaning and types of reservoir dam instability disaster,the sudden catastrophic characteristics of reservoir dam instability disaster are discussed.According to the principle of sudden instability event,the early warning method of reservoir dam structural instability emergency is proposed,including the architecture of early warning system and monitoring index system,and the meaning of safety monitoring index is pointed out.Finally,the practicability and feasibility of this early warning method are proved by engineering analysis.
