Evaluation of the implementation effect of land acquisition and relocation based on IAHP
Based on the Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP)Method to simulate and evaluate the implementation effect of land acquisition and relocation work in the northern part of Henan province.The IAHP method overcomes the disadvantage of traditional Analytic Hierarchy Prosess(AHP)method,which is difficult to accurately determine the relative importance of elements,and uses self adjustment Method to establish a consistency judgment matrix,thereby omitting the consistency check process,greatly reducing the comparison workload and later computational complexity of participants.From the evaluation results,when the evaluation indicators and index system are constructed reasonably,the IAHP method can completely replace the AHP Method.
