In order to improve the efficiency of water resource scheduling in the main line of the South to North Water Diversion Project and effectively enhance the level of water safety assurance,taking the annual normal water delivery scheduling plan of the main line of the South to North Water Diversion Project as an example,this paper addresses issues such as long routes,multiple intersecting buildings,complex operating conditions,no online regulating reservoirs,and high technical difficulties in water delivery scheduling.Based on water balance,it clarifies the technical requirements for normal water delivery scheduling,Propose a series of scientifically effective scheduling measures and water transfer optimization strategies,providing a certain reference for the preparation of water transfer plans for similar long-distance water transfer projects.
