山区陡坡地段地形起伏大、变化多、污水收集后排放流速快,若没有合理的消能措施,污水对排水管道、排水设施产生严重的冲刷及结构破坏,导致排水工程使用年限显著降低.为了解决工程安全性,延长使用年限,对陡坡跌水消能方式进行分析研究,对消能设施的材质及结构进行优化,并将研究成果运用到武隆山区排水项目.该项目运行近3年,产权单位定期对消能设施内外检查,观察内部构造,未发现有过度冲刷的现象,污水处理输送安全可靠.实践证明,优化设计后的消能设施提高了消能效果,增加了消能设施的安全使用年限,工程设计更加技术合理、经济可行.
Design of long-distance high and steep slope drainage and energy dissipation in mountainous areas
If there are no reasonable energy dissipation measures,the sewage will cause serious erosion and structural damage to the drainage pipes and drainage facilities,resulting in a significant reduction in the service life of the drainage project.In order to solve the safety of the project,extend the service life,analyze and study the energy dissipation method of steep slope fall,optimize the material and structure of the energy dissipation facilities,and apply the research results to the drainage project in Wulong Mountain Area,the project has been running for nearly 3 years,the property rights unit regularly inspects the inside and outside of the energy dissipation facilities,observes the internal structure,and does not find the phenomenon of excessive erosion,and the sewage treatment and transportation is safe and reliable.Practice has proved that the optimized design of the energy dissipation facilities improves the energy dissipation effect,increases the safe service life of the energy dissipation facilities,and makes the engineering design more technically reasonable,economically feasible.
