BIM technology is a new visual building information integration tool,this paper proposes to use BIM technology in the whole process of water plant digital construction application,open up the upstream and downstream collaborative channels of design,provide a platform for information exchange and communication,and provide intelligent collaborative design functions.This paper discusses the advantages and operability of using BIM technology in the planning,design,construction and operation and maintenance phases of Xian County Waterworks,improve the design and construction management level of water plant to ensure its safety monitoring operation and intelligent operation management.
