The capability evaluation of Chongqing flash flood disaster prevention system
Flash flood disasters are among the types of disasters that cause relatively serious casualties in natural disasters in China and have become the key and difficult points in flood control and disaster reduction work in the country.This paper summarizes the construction content of Chongqing's flash flood disaster prevention and control project from 2016 to 2020,objectively analyzing the construction effectiveness of flash flood prevention and control project,and evaluating and scoring by constructing the evaluation index system for the capacity of the flash flood disaster prevention system in Chongqing,the results show that the capacity of Chongqing's flash flood disaster prevention system meets the current prevention needs.
