白格堰塞体溃决洪水计算分析

为了预测堰塞体溃决洪水对下游城镇的淹没情况,采用堰流与负波波额流量相交法和黄河水利委员会水利科学研究院的试验公式,对溃决洪水和洪水演进进行计算分析.结果表明:计算得出"11·3"白格堰塞体溃口处最大流量175175.94 m3/s,比实测值33900 m3/s大4.17倍,整个堰塞体库容泄空时间需4.88 h.计算得出下游断面处最大洪峰流量和实测洪峰流量相比,误差在10.7%~127.7%之间变化,并随着下游断面位置离溃口处位置越远,计算误差越小.越靠近溃口处的断面,洪水流量过程线成尖型,远离溃口处的断面,洪水流量过程线越平缓,断面水深过程线的变化规律和断面流量过程线变化趋势一致.
Calculation and analysis of the flood of the Baige Plug Body
In order to calculate the damage of the outburst flood to the downstream towns,the turbulent and negative wavefront flow intersection method and the experimental formula of the Yellow River Hydraulic Research Institute were used to calculate and analyze the collapse flood and flood evolution.The results show that the maximum flow rate of the"11·3"White Grid Plug is 175175.94 m3/s,which is 4.17 times larger than the measured value of 33900 m3/s.The storage time of the whole plug is 4.88 hours.Compared with the measured flow rate at the downstream section,the error varies from 10.7%to 127.7%.The farther the downstream section is from the location of the fracture,the smaller the calculation error.The closer to the section at the breach,the flood flow process line is pointed,away from the section at the breach,the smoother the flood flow process line,and the variation of the section depth water process line is consistent with the trend of the section flow process line.
