The design of adding concrete roof to the wide biochemical reaction tank of the above-ground sewage treatment plant is a systematic work.A reasonable cover design is the foundation for safety,convenient operation and good landscape effects.Based on the design case of concrete top slabs of biochemical reaction tank of Yuhua sewage treatment plant in Xi'an,author discussed the key factors that need to consider in the design,such as inspection channel setting,main equipment and pipe setting and greening.The actual operation effect shows that the convenient inspection and maintain condition,a good landscape and better effect of deodorization can be created by using the top slabs space reasonably.By this way,we set the primary and secondary inspection channel,piping,and increase the greening area.The design case mentioned can be used for the similar sewage treatment project as a reference.
