Several issues in the design of bottom axis driven flip gate
This article discusses several issues that need to be paid attention to in the design of large-span bottom axis driven flap gates, including structural stress, corridor layout, gate maintenance, and anti siltation,in conjunction with a certain river water storage project. The structural stress analysis of the gate pier and gate bottom plate focuses on the parts such as the hoist base and the gate support hinge seat. The layout of the gate bottom plate corridor needs to pay attention to the coordination of various pipelines and internal traffic. If necessary, equipment corridors and traffic corridors can be set up separately.Gate maintenance and anti siltation design are issues that are easily overlooked and require the attention of designers. In addition, this article also proposes suggestions for optimizing the engineering layout by combining hydraulic model experiments, providing some useful reference for the design of similar projects.
