The planning and design of the regulation line of the Hutuo River Channel in Shanxi Province
In the fields of water conservancy construction and river ecological protection,making scientific and rational regulation line plans for river channels has become one of the key means to promote the effective governance of river channels.In this study,the Shanxi section of the Hutuo River with typical characteristics was selected as the research object to analyze the current situation of water conservancy projects within the basin.Through hydrological calculation methods,the variation rules of annual runoff and various parameters of designed floods were calculated.Based on this,a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth study on the regulation line planning of the river channel was carried out.The technical methods and practical experience of the research results can provide valuable reference examples for other similar river channel governance projects in China.
