Demonstration of the uniqueness of site selection and environmental feasibility of bridge projects in water source protection areas——a case study of the reconstruction project of Sanhongqi Bridge
Taking the reconstruction project of Sanhongqi Bridge as an example,a set of analytical and demonstrative procedures for the legality and compliance of the project involving the water source protection area is constructed. The uniqueness of the project site selection is analyzed from multiple dimensions such as the current situation and planning of the regional road network, the comparison and selection of route schemes, the functional positioning of the project, and the constraints of the water source protection area.Meanwhile, through the implementation of a series of environmental protection measures, the impact of the project on the water source protection area during the construction and operation phases is controlled within an acceptable range to ensure the environmental feasibility of the project implementation, thereby providing a useful reference for the demonstration of the legal entry of non-water-source-protection-targeted projects that cannot be avoided into the water source protection area.
