The Value, Exploitation and Utilization of Water Cultural Heritage in Henan Province
As a famous historical and cultural place, Henan has distinctive rich and varied water cultural heritages. In order to constitute a fine natural and human environment, promote people' s approval of the city they live, build a good image of the urban ag-glomeration of Henan and expand the social influence and overall competitiveness of megalopolises in Henan, firstly, we have to strengthen natural and human environment by merging the features of water resources locally, literary and artistic works, folk customs, celebrity culture, historical legends, past events and so on. Secondly, we are supposed to be aware of the conservation and exploitation of water cultural heritages of Henan. In a word, we should lay a solid foundation for the constant improvement of the environment and coordinate development of economy and society in Henan.
