Statistical Sensitivity Analysis of Cable Forces for Asymmetric Tension Construction Control of Steel-concrete Composite Beam Cable-stayed Bridge
In view of the difficulties in the linear control of main beams and towers of cable-stayed bridges under asymmet-ric tension construction, taking the construction control of a long-span steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge as an example, the statistical sensitivity analysis of cable force is carried out.Taking the cable force as the design parameter, the design methods of uniform test and orthogonal test,as well as the significance testing methods of multiple linear regres-sion and range analysis were comprehensively adopted. The displacement and internal force of the main beam and tower section in the bridge completion stage,as well as the displacement of the main beam and tower top section in the construc-tion stage are analyzed statistically. The results are as follows. The proposed method can accurately obtain the cable force sensitivity parameters of the bridge during its completion and construction. For the bridge completion stage, the cable-stay forces of S10,MS10,and S9 are the sensitivity parameters for the structural alignment.During asymmetric tension con-struction,the cable forces of S10,MS10,S9,MS9,S8,MS8,S5,and MS5 stay cables are sensitive parameters that af-fect the displacement of the main beam and tower top sections. If symmetrical tensile construction is adopted, the cable forces of S10,MS10,S8,MS8,S9,MS9,S7,MS7 stay cables are sensitive parameters that affect the displacement of the main beam and the top section of the tower.
