生态流量是维持江河湖泊生态系统健康发展的主要驱动力.为明晰乌江干流生态调度所需流量,选取乌江下游武隆站 1956-2019 年逐日流量监测数据,采用Mann-Kendall趋势检验法和累计距平法确定武隆站流量突变年份;结合生态水文指标变化范围法和改进年内展布法,分别计算汛期和非汛期的最小生态流量、适宜生态流量;此外,应用蒙大拿法(Tennant法)验证生态流量计算过程中所量化的同期均值比,在此基础上对突变后的生态流量进行保障研究.结果表明:①武隆站流量突变年份与彭水水电站投产使用时间一致,均为2009 年;2009 年后高流量历时的均值减少 5 d,发生时间推迟 4 d,低流量的持续时间增加 7 d,发生时间提前21 d,且流量呈减少趋势.②汛期、非汛期的最小生态流量均值分别为 1 211.77、465.20 m3/s,分别占多年平均流量的 52%、60%;汛期、非汛期的适宜生态流量分别为 2 194.67、684.05 m3/s,分别占多年平均流量的93%、89%;Tennant法验证同期均值比基本满足最佳要求.③生态流量保障度最低的月份为 10 月,最小生态流量、适宜生态流量的保障度分别为 64%、53%,建议调整武隆站邻近水库的调度策略,以保证 10 月份水源充足.研究结果可为乌江干流生态环境保护和生态系统修复提供参考.
Research on Ecological Flow and Its Guarantee in Wujiang River
Ecological flows are the main driving force to maintain the healthy development of river and lake ecosystem.In order to clarify the flow required for ecological operation of Wujiang main stream,daily flow monitoring data of Wulong Sta-tion in the lower Wujiang River from 1956 to 2019 were selected,and the year of flow mutation at Wulong Station was de-termined by Mann-Kendall method and cumulative distance level method.The minimum ecological flow and suitable eco-logical flow in flood season and non-flood season were calculated by using the RVA method and the improved annual distri-bution method.In addition,the Tennant method was applied to verify the quantified mean ratio of the same period in the process of ecological flow calculation,and based on this,the ecological flow after mutation was studied.The results are as follows.Firstly,the year of mutation in flow at Wulong Station is consistent with the operating time of Pengshui hydropower station,both in 2009.After 2009,the average duration of high flow decreased by 5 days,the occurrence time was delayed by 4 days,the duration of low flow increased by 7 days,the occurrence time was advanced by 21 days,and the flow showed a decreasing trend.Secondly,the average values of minimum ecological flow in flood and non-flood season were 1 211.77 m3/s and 465.20 m3/s,which accounted for 52% and 60% of the multi-year average flow,respectively.The suitable ecological flow in flood and non-flood season is 2 194.67 m3/s and 684.05 m3/s respectively,which is 93% and 89% of the multi-year average flow respectively.The Tennant method verifies that the mean ratio of the same period basically meets the optimal requirements.Thirdly,the month with the lowest ecological flow guarantee is October,and the guarantee degrees for the minimum ecological flow and suitable ecological flow are 64% and 53%,respectively.It is recommended to increase the scheduling strategy for the reservoirs adjacent to Wulong Station to ensure sufficient water supply in October.The results of the study can provide reference for ecological restoration and ecological environmental protection in the main stream of Wu-jiang River.
