Evaluation of Urban Comprehensive Water-saving Level Based on AHM-CRITIC Weighting Method
Taking Huian County in Fujian Province as an example,a comprehensive evaluation index system for urban wa-ter conservation was constructed based on criteria such as water scarcity and urban water-saving management. On this ba-sis,the AHM-CRITIC weighting method was used to establish a comprehensive water-saving level evaluation model for ur-ban areas, and the comprehensive water-saving level of Huian County from 2015 to 2020,2025,and 2035 was evaluated. The results are as follows.Firstly, the comprehensive water-saving level of urban areas in Huian County from 2015 to 2020 is at a moderate level, which can meet the initial control targets.Secondly,it is expected that the level of water saving in Huian County will reach an upper medium level in 2025 and a sound level in 2035.The development status of each indica-tor meets the requirements and standards of the ″three red lines″ issued by Quanzhou City to Huian County in Fujian Prov-ince.Thirdly,the construction of an evaluation index system based on available data can comprehensively evaluate the local comprehensive water-saving level. The adoption of AHM-CRITIC weighting method to some extent balances the advantages and disadvantages of AHM weighting method and CRITIC weighting method, and improves the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation results. The research results provide decision-making basis for establishing a long-term integrated mecha-nism for urban water-saving management and control, evaluating and predicting the comprehensive water-saving level of cities.
