注浆加固引起既有车站沉降超限的处置措施研究

以合肥地铁 7 号线紫庐站下穿 1 号线紫庐站为工程背景,分析暗挖段注浆加固造成既有车站沉降超限的原因,通过站厅层设置泄水孔,暗挖段设置止浆墙,桩间注浆封堵等施工技术处置,较好地控制了既有车站的沉降变形,监测数据显示各项监测数据已趋于稳定.
Study on Disposal Measures of Exceeding Limit Caused by Grouting Reinforcement in Underground Section
Taking Zilu Station of Hefei Metro Line 7 through Line 1 Zilu Station as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the causes of settlement exceeding limit of existing stations caused by grouting reinforcement in underground section.The settlement deformation of existing stations is better controlled by setting drainage holes in station hall floor,setting grouting wall in underground section,grouting blocking between piles and other construction techniques.The monitoring data shows that the monitoring data has tended to be stable.
