基于混合式教学的中药制剂技术职业岗位技能评价研究

中药制剂技术作为高职中药学专业的核心课程,对培养中药制药人才起到关键作用.如何提升该课程的教学质量,培养适岗人才是中药学教育普遍关注的问题.基于混合式的教学模式,通过企业调研和文献分析制定了 8 项与中药制剂技术岗位相关的职业技能,构建 24 项可量化的评价指标,并对中药学专业的 48 名学生开展实践研究,采用模糊综合评价和数据挖掘的方法分析学生对相关岗位技能的掌握情况,从而评价学生的能力差异及课程的教学质量,为中药制剂技术课程改革及中药制药适岗人才的培养提供借鉴和参考.
A Study on the Evaluation of Professional Skills in Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulation Technology Based on Blended Teaching
As a core course of higher vocational traditional Chinese medicine specialty,traditional Chinese medicine formulation technology plays a key role in cultivating Chinese medicine pharmaceutical talents.How to improve the teaching quality of this course and cultivate suitable talents for pharmaceutical positions is a common concern in Chinese medicine education.Based on the blended teaching mode,this paper formulates 8 vocational skills related to the position of Chinese medicine preparation through the methods of enterprise research and literature analysis,constructs 24 quantifiable evaluation indexes,and carries out a practical study on 48 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine to analyze students'mastery of the relevant job skills by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data mining methods,to evaluate the student's ability differences and the course's teaching quality,to provide reference for the reform of the curriculum of traditional Chinese medicine preparation technology and the cultivation of suitable talents in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.
