A Study on the Path of Improving Teachers'Curriculum Leadership in Vocational Colleges and Universities Under the Perspective of Distributed Leadership
Teachers'curriculum leadership determines the effectiveness of curriculum reform,and improving teachers'curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities is the key to constructing a high-quality development pattern of vocational education.The study of teachers'curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of distributed leadership reveals that the role of teachers'curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities is confined to the identity of a single implementer,the scope of leadership interaction is limited,and the classroom leadership is not sufficiently constructed and so on.Based on the theory of distributed leadership,the passive status of vocational education teachers'curriculum leadership can be reversed in terms of the subjective role of teachers'curriculum leadership,the general interaction of teachers'curriculum leadership and the subjective mobilization of teachers'curriculum leadership.
