中国式现代化视域下中国特色学徒制治理结构研究——基于职业教育行业产教融合共同体建设

中国特色学徒制是 2022 年《中华人民共和国职业教育法》中明确规定的职业教育产教融合育人模式,也是目前世界各国正在积极推行的劳动力资源高效开发途径.近年来在我国职业教育改革加速推进的大背景下,学徒制得到大力推行,但其治理结构仍然有很大的改革优化空间,治理体系迫切需要进行系统化建构.分析我国学徒制治理结构构建的基础与环境,针对学徒制探索中发现的问题,设计中国特色学徒制治理结构框架,为中国特色学徒制治理结构完善提供理论参考.
On the Governance Structure of Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era——Based on Vocational Industry-Education-Community
Apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is a vocational education model of industry-education-integration stipulated in the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China in 2022,and is also an efficient way to cultivate labor resources worldwide.In recent years,under the background of the accelerated vocational education reform in China,apprenticeship system has been vigorously promoted,but there is still a lot of reform and optimization room for its governance structure,and the governance system urgently needs to be systematically constructed.This study analyzes the foundation and environment of the China's apprenticeship system governance structure construction,analyzes the problems found in the exploration,designs the governance structure framework and provides theoretical references.
