摘要

教师评价作为教育评价的重要内容,不仅对教师个体发展具有导向作用,甚至会影响到高职院校自身的发展.基于此,通过充分阐述当前教师评价改革的重要意义,分析目前高职院校在教师评价方面存在的现实问题,提出解决现实问题的对策方案,为高职院校深入实施教师评价改革提供参考.

Abstract

As an important content of educational evaluation,teacher evaluation not only has a guiding effect on the individual development of teachers,but also affects the development of vocational colleges themselves.Based on this,this paper fully expounds the significance of the current teacher evaluation reform,analyzes the current practical problems in the teacher evaluation of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the practical problems,so as to provide references for the implementation of teacher evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges.
