Research on the Influencing Factors of School-Enterprise Integration Based on DAMETAL-ISM Modeling
School-enterprise integration promotes seamless linkage between universities and enterprises, which is of great significance in cultivating the applied skilled talents needed by enterprises. To gain a deeper understanding of the influencing factors of school-enterprise integration and to promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises, literature analysis and the Delphi method are used to construct 15 factors affecting school-enterprise integration from five dimensions, including government factors, external environment, enterprise factors, school factors, and synergy.Decision-marking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DAMETAL)was used to construct a matrix to analyze the influence factors of school-enterprise integration in terms of cause degree and center degree.Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)was used to classify the influence factors of school-enterprise integration into a multilevel recursive model with 5 levels and 3 orders. This article combines the analysis of causal and centrality values to identify the key factors that have the greatest impact, seeks the most important path around these factors, and explores the underlying reasons behind the integration of schools and enterprises, providing necessary theoretical basis for promoting the development of school enterprise integration.
