随着产业结构调整升级,传统课程模式难以适应行业结构调整对人才培养需求的新变化.机电一体化专业群课程体系还普遍存在着模块内容滞后于钢铁企业新设备、新技术、新工艺的发展,群内专业缺乏跨学科整合与创新,课程设置与企业岗位能力需求不匹配等问题,需要根据岗位能力需求重构课程体系,提升学生岗位综合职业能力.机电一体化技术专业群构建以岗位为主导、能力为主线、学生为主体、个人发展可持续化的模块化课程开发理念,为专业群模块化课程建设提供了有价值参考.
Research on the Modular Curriculum Construction of Professional Groups Under the Background of High-quality Development
With the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,the traditional curriculum model is difficult to adapt to the new changes in the demand for talent cultivation caused by industrial structure adjustment.The curriculum system of the electromechanical integration major group generally has problems such as module content lagging behind the development of new equipment,new technologies,and new processes in steel enterprises,lack of interdisciplinary integration and innovation in majors within the group,and mismatch between curriculum settings and enterprise job competency requirements.It is necessary to reconstruct the curriculum system according to job competency requirements to enhance students'comprehensive professional abilities.The construction of the electromechanical integration technology professional group is guided by the concept of modular course development,with job positions as the main focus,abilities as the main line,students as the main body,and sustainable personal development.This provides valuable reference for the construction of modular courses in the professional group.
