高质量发展背景下高职院校学前教育专业"三教"改革路径研究

摘要
在当前社会对优质学前教育资源需求日益增长的背景下,高职院校学前教育专业面临新的发展机遇,需从规模扩张转向强化内涵建设,实现高质量发展.高职院校教师、教材、教法改革的有机结合和相互促进,是提升学前教育专业教育教学整体效能的核心.从科学确立人才培养目标、打造高水平"双师型"教师队伍、课程体系的岗位化重构、教材开发的多样化探索以及教法改革的信息化实践等方面,探讨了高职院校学前教育专业"三教"改革的具体路径.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of an increasing societal demand for premium preschool education resources,preschool education programs at higher vocational colleges confront new developmental prospects,necessitating a shift from expansion in scale towards an emphasis on substantive quality enrichment to realize high-quality development.The organic integration and mutual reinforcement of reforms in faculty,curriculum,and pedagogy constitute the crux of enhancing the overall efficacy of preschool education pedagogy.This paper discusses the specific routes for implementing"Sanjiao"reforms in preschool education at higher vocational colleges,including the scientific establishment of talent cultivation objectives,the construction of a high-caliber"dual-skilled"teaching staff,the role-oriented restructuring of the curriculum system,the diversified exploration in textbook development,and the informatization of pedagogical reform practices.
