Construction of Evaluation Index System of Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching Ability of the Professional Course Teachers in Higher Vocational Education Based on Delphi-AHP Method
The curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of professional course teachers is the key to promote the curriculum ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.In response to the unclear structure and extensive evaluation system of the ideological and political abilities of vocational course teachers,the Delphi AHP method is adopted to construct an evaluation index system for the ideological and political abilities of vocational course teachers.The draft of evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of the professional course teachers in higher vocational colleges has been formed through three-level coding of literature,expert consultation and study group discussion.Then,the evaluation index system including 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators has been determined after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)has been used to construct a judgment matrix for each level of indicators,calculate the weights of each indicator,and test the consistency of the judgment matrix to determine the reasonable weights of each indicator.The research results theoretically expand a new cognitive perspective for exploring the connotation of curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of the professional course teachers in higher vocational education,and provide an operational basis and direction for the assessment in practice.
