高职英语教学中工匠精神培养研究

工匠精神包括高超的技艺、技能,对本职工作高度的认同感、责任感,严谨细致、专注负责的工作作风和精益求精、勇于创新的工作理念,是职业教育人才培养的重要目标.高职英语课程兼具人文性与工具性,是培养学生工匠精神的重要载体.然而,当前高职英语教学存在着工匠精神培养角色定位不够明确、教师工匠精神培养能力有待提升、教学实践探索尚且不足等问题,需要从完善教学标准、提升教师工匠精神培养能力、强化教学实践等层面进一步进行探索,以助力"执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越"的高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠培养.
Research on Cultivation of Craftsmanship Spirit in Higher Vocational English Teaching
Craftsmanship Spirit,which is an important goal of vocational education,has the features of having excellent skills,being alignment with what one does,having a high sense of responsibility to one's work,being rigorous,meticulous and dedicated,striving for excellence.As a tool and a humanistic discipline,vocational English plays an important role in cultivating students'craftsman spirit.At present,however,there are some problems in higher vocational English teaching,such as the ambiguity of its position in craftsmanship spirit cultivation,teachers'ability to cultivate craftsmanship spirit to be improved and the lack of teaching practice.Further exploration should be carried out from the aspects of improving teaching standards,enhancing teachers'ability and strengthening teaching practice to cultivate skilled talents with qualities of"being persistent,being devoted,being meticulous and striving for excellence".
