一种智能化机器人焊接系统构建及离线仿真技术研究

构建了一种智能化机器人焊接系统,并对其离线仿真技术展开研究.基于3D设计完成了智能化机器人焊接系统的结构设计,该系统采用双工位V字形布局,包括机器人本体、变位机、全自动液压工装、智能除尘系统、激光传感系统等,对其关键部件的关键技术展开了研究.同时,在设计阶段及示教编程阶段引入离线仿真技术,进一步提升了本系统的智能化水平.研究成果在实际生产订单中的应用表明,较传统机器人焊接系统相比,本系统焊接质量更好、效率更高.
Construction of an Intelligent Robot Welding System and Research on Off-Line Simulation Technology
We have constructed an intelligent robot welding system and conducted research on its offline simulation technology.The structural design of an intelligent robot welding system has been completed based on 3D design.The system adopts a duplex V-shaped layout,including the robot body,displacement machine,fully automatic hydraulic fixture,intelligent dust removal system,laser sensing system,etc.We have conducted research on the key technologies of its key components.At the same time,the introduction of offline simulation technology in the design phase and demonstration programming phase further enhances the intelligence level of this system.The application of research results in actual production orders shows that compared to traditional robot welding systems,this system has better welding quality and higher efficiency.
