摘要
开展职业本科旅游大类专业教育是职业教育新发展阶段的关键举措,是服务区域旅游产业融合发展需求,满足人民对高层次旅游体验的现实需要.通过分析职业本科旅游大类专业人才培养定位,立足于职业岗位(群)明确人才培养重点类型,构建集目标规格、课程体系、教学过程、培养途径及培养评价于一体的人才培养模式,培养具备实践创新的高层次技术技能型人才,进一步促进职业本科旅游大类专业的科学、健康、可持续发展.
Abstract
Carrying out vocational undergraduate tourism education is a key measure in the new development stage of vocational education,serving the needs of regional tourism industry integration and meeting the practical needs of the people for high-level tourism experience.This study analyzes the positioning of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate tourism majors,clarifies the key types of talent cultivation based on vocational positions(groups),and constructs a talent cultivation model that integrates target specifications,curriculum system,teaching process,training methods,and training evaluation.It cultivates high-level technical and skilled talents with practical innovation,further promoting the scientific,healthy,and sustainable development of vocational undergraduate tourism majors.
