职业教育数字化是职业教育高质量发展新的突破口,要以职业教育数字化转型为契机,开创职业教育教法创新的路径.确立"德技并修""数字素养""产教融合""个性化学习"和"数字教材建设"等教法创新目标,创建数字化教学的教学环境、教学角色、教学模式、教学资源和教学评价.通过提升教师数字素养能力,创建数字化学习教学情境,共建共享数字化学习资源,构建数字化教学运行管理机制等职业教育数字赋能实践路径,实现职业教育环境数字化、课程教学个性化、教学治理精准化的现代职业教育高质量发展目标.
The Exploration and Analysis of the Goal,Reality and Practice Path of"Teaching Method Innovation"in Digital-Enabled Vocational Education—Taking the Urumqi Vocational University as an Example
The digitalization of vocational education is a new breakthrough in the high-quality development of vocational education.We should take the opportunity of the digitalization of vocational education to create a new path of teaching method innovation.It is proposed that we should establish the teaching method innovation goals of"Combining morality and technology","Digital literacy","Integration of industry and education","Personalized learning"and"Digital textbook construction",create digital teaching environment,teaching role,teaching model,teaching resources and teaching evaluation.By enhancing teachers'digital literacy,creating digital learning and teaching scenarios,jointly building and sharing digital learning resources,constructing digital teaching operation and management mechanisms,and other vocational education digital empowerment practical paths,we aim to achieve the high-quality development goals of modern vocational education,including digitalization of vocational education environment,personalized curriculum teaching,and precise teaching governance.
