Research and Practice on the Training of Intelligent Manufacturing Field Engineers in Vocational Education—Taking the Shaanxi Institute of Technology as an Example
This study anchors national development strategies such as talent strengthening and innovation driven development,promoting the integration of vocational education and general education,industry education integration,and science education integration.The school enterprise joint training of vocational education field engineers aims to promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry through talent cultivation.This article combines the practical training of intelligent manufacturing field engineers in vocational education,and systematically studies the goal setting,school enterprise collaborative training,recruitment evaluation reform,and dual teacher team building of field engineers.The training of on-site engineers in vocational education should focus on the deep integration of industry and education,establish a dual subject training model between schools and enterprises,flexibly organize teaching based on real production tasks,strengthen practical abilities through engineering alternation,accelerate the cultivation of more high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of industrial development,and innovate new models of industry education integration development.
