就业是民生之本,促进大学生高质量就业是时代赋予的历史使命.调查研究发现,当前不少高职院校学生存在认识不到自己的优势和不足、对职业岗位专业能力需求不够了解、就业择业创业意识淡薄、就业质量不高等问题.依据人职匹配理论进行分析,当前高职院校职业生涯规划教育专业师资不足、职业生涯规划专门服务机构欠缺是导致上述问题产生的重要因素.组建高素质的职业生涯规划师资团队、搭建高水平的职业生涯规划服务平台、开发高水平的职业生涯规划资源,是实现高职院校职业生涯规划同高质量就业深度融合的理性选择.
Research on the Integration Path of Career Planning and High Quality Employment in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Human Career Matching
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and improving high-quality employment for college students is a historical mission bestowed by the times.Research has found that many vocational college students currently have problems such as a lack of awareness of their strengths and weaknesses,insufficient understanding of the professional abilities required for job positions,weak awareness of employment,career choices,and entrepreneurship,and low employment quality.According to the theory of job matching,the current shortage of teaching staff and specialized service institutions for career planning education in vocational colleges are important factors leading to the above-mentioned problems.Establishing a high-quality team of career planning instructors,building a high-level career planning service platform,and developing high-level career planning resources are rational choices for achieving deep integration between vocational college career planning and high-quality employment.
