良好的马克思主义理论素养是思政课教师讲好思政课的基础.高职院校思政课教师的马克思主义理论素养存在短板,主要表现为对马克思主义理论的整体性把握不足,对马克思主义的学理化阐释能力不足和对马克思主义的系统化运用能力不足三个方面.新时代新征程上,思政课建设面临新形势新任务,高职院校应深入学习贯彻习近平总书记对思政课建设的重要指示精神,将增强思政课教师的体系化认知能力作为基础,将强化思政课教师的学理化阐释能力作为重点,将提高思政课教师的系统化运用能力作为关键,多措并举提升思政课教师的马克思主义理论素养.
Research on the Path of Enhancing Marxist Theoretical Literacy for Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Vocational Colleges
Good Marxist theoretical literacy is the foundation for ideological and political teachers to teach ideological and political courses well.There are shortcomings in the Marxist theoretical literacy of ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges,mainly manifested in three aspects:insufficient overall grasp of Marxist theory,insufficient ability to interpret Marxism in a theoretical and theoretical way,and insufficient ability to systematically apply Marxism.On the new era and new journey,the construction of ideological and political courses is facing new situations and tasks.Vocational colleges should deeply study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of ideological and political courses,take enhancing the systematic cognitive ability of ideological and political course teachers as the foundation,focus on strengthening their theoretical interpretation ability,and take improving their systematic application ability as the key.Multiple measures should be taken to enhance the Marxist theoretical literacy of ideological and political course teachers.
