摘要
劳动教育与思想政治理论课程兼具思想政治教育功能,这为劳动教育融入思想政治理论课提供了可能.高职院校劳动教育融入思想政治理论课需从遵循马克思主义中国化时代化的要求、指向立德树人的教育目的、强化思想政治理论课的实践性等底层逻辑出发设计课程体系,包括以培养学生价值观为主的课程目标、多种渠道嵌入式融入课程内容、以能力为导向的模块化教学方式、多元主体协同参与的评价模式,通过提升思想政治理论课师资队伍的劳动素养、打造具有思想政治教育功能的劳动实践基地、建设劳动教育教学资源库、营造"劳动教育+思想政治教育"的文化氛围等措施,促进两者有机融合,进而提升思想政治理论课的育人成效.
Abstract
Both labor education and ideological and political theory courses have the function of ideological and political education,which provides the possibility for labor education to integrate into ideological and political theory.The integration of labor education into ideological and political theory courses in vocational colleges needs to start from the underlying logic of following the requirements of Marxism Sinicization,aiming at the educational purpose of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and strengthening the practicality of ideological and political theory courses.This includes curriculum objectives that focus on cultivating student values,multiple channels for embedded integration into course content,ability oriented modular teaching methods,and a multi subject collaborative evaluation model.By improving the labor literacy of the teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses,creating labor practice bases with ideological and political education functions,constructing a labor education teaching resource library,and creating a cultural atmosphere of"labor education+ideological and political education",measures are taken to promote the organic integration of the two,thereby enhancing the educational effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.
