Research on Teacher Evaluation Strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Marginal Utility Theory
With the development of interdisciplinary research,marginal utility theory in economics is gradually being applied in the field of education to explain related educational phenomena.From the perspective of marginal utility theory,this paper analyzes many problems in teacher evaluation of higher vocational colleges in China,such as insufficient humanistic care in value concept,not obvious personalized characteristics in evaluation criteria,large difference in evaluation subjects,serious simplification in evaluation method,and lack of service role in teacher career development in evaluation results.In response to the problems,optimization strategies such as"establishing advanced evaluation concepts,emphasizing people-orientation;adhering to optimizing evaluation standards and improving indicator fit;building professional evaluation subjects and enhancing evaluation reliability;actively reforming evaluation methods and strengthening comprehensive evaluation;constructing a reasonable feedback mechanism and making good use of evaluation results"should be proposed.
