The Power Source and Path Selection of High Quality Development of Rural Vocational Education—An Analysis Based on Social Support Theory
Social support theory plays a positive role in relieving the psychological pressure of supporters and eliminating developmental barriers.The high-quality development of rural vocational education based on social support theory has its own characteristics and multi-dimensional power sources.At the same time,there are also bottlenecks such as the imbalance of government investment in education,which leads to the absence of laws and regulations in rural vocational education,insufficient funding for rural vocational education,the deviation of rural vocational education based sports personnel model,the lack of rural vocational education training system,and the gap in the atmosphere of respecting and respecting teachers among social groups,resulting in a shortage of teachers in rural vocational education.There is an urgent need for coordinated cooperation between government agencies,social groups,and rural vocational education,implementing a dedicated channel for funding sources,strengthening the guidance for cultivating technical and skilled talents,and promoting learning oriented rural areas,in order to achieve high-quality development of rural vocational education.
