The Design of an Intelligent Unmanned Measurement System
At present,unmanned measurement systems are increasingly being applied in enterprises,and their feedback data can directly affect enterprise cost management.In order to further enhance the intelligence level of unmanned measurement systems,this paper designs and develops an intelligent unmanned measurement system for the small and medium-sized enterprises.Firstly,the business process and a five-layer system architecture are designed by analyzing business requirements.Then,the weighing room and peripheral equipment for automobile weighing have been selected and arranged and a software system has been built.Lastly,a client application interface and anti-cheating function have been developed,enabling the system to achieve intelligent measurement,license plate recognition,remote control,video monitoring and human-machine interaction.The system has been tested and the result shows that the designed system can reduce the passing time of gatekeepers from 5 minutes to 1 minute,improve production efficiency,and prevent violations effectively and it is easy to upgrade and expand due to the standardized interface.
