针对港口装卸门机回转齿轮断裂问题,通过材质的焊接性分析,选择出合理有效的焊接工艺方法,降低了焊缝的冷热裂纹敏感性,解决了焊接热影响区的脆化软化问题,提高了焊缝的综合力学性能,获得性能优良的焊接接头,为 42CrMo4 异种钢焊接的应用和研究奠定理论基础.
Studies on Welding Process of 42CrMo4/Q345 Steel for Rotary Gear of Port Loading and Unloading Gantry Crane
Regarding to the fracture problem of the rotating gear of the port loading and unloading gantry crane,a reasonable and effective welding process was selected through material welding performance analysis,which reduced the cold and hot crack sensitivity of the weld seam,solved the problem of embrittlement and softening in the welding heat affected zone,improved the comprehensive mechanical properties of the weld seam,and obtained high-performance welding joints,laying a theoretical foundation for the application and research of 42CrMo4 dissimilar steel welding.
