装备制造类职业本科专业人才培养模式创新与实践

近年来,职业本科是国家职业教育改革的新生事物,并成为职业教育领域的研究热点。作为江苏现代职教体系贯通培养"4+0"首批职业本科试点项目,无锡职业技术学院从 2012 年起试点职业本科教育,针对装备制造类职业本科专业人才培养中关键核心问题进行研究与探索,通过精准定位职业本科专业人才培养目标,形成"三深化两融合"人才培养模式,构建"一体两翼一平台"课程体系,面向区域高端装备制造业中小企业升级转型,着力培养企业大量急需的"高精尖缺"高层次技术技能人才,打造"需求导向,两性融合,多元成长,技术引领"专业建设特色,形成基于职业教育类型特征的高层次技术技能人才培养模式创新与实践成果,为职业本科专业建设与人才培养提供可参考、可借鉴的典型案例。
Innovation and Practice of Talent Training Mode for Undergraduate Majors in Equipment Manufacturing
In recent years,vocational undergraduate is a new-born thing in the reform of national vocational education,and has become a hot research topic in the field of vocational education.As the first batch of vocational undergraduate pilot programs in modern vocational education system of Jiangsu province,Wuxi Institute of Technology(WXIT)has piloted it since 2012.This paper studies and explores the key core issues in the training of vocational undergraduate talents of equipment manufacturing specialty.Through the precise positioning of vocational undergraduate talent training objectives,we have formed a'Three Deepening and Two Integration'talent training mode,and constructed'One Body,Two Wings and One Platform'curriculum system.For the upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the regional high-end equipment manufacturing industry,a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents are urgently needed.In order to meet the talent training needs,the effective and successful characteristics of specialty development is builded includes four aspects:demand-oriented,integration of education and profession,multiple growth,and technology-led.It has formed innovation and practical results of high-level technical and skilled talent training mode based on the characteristics of vocational education types,and provides a typical case that can be reference for the construction of vocational undergraduate specialty and talent training.
